I work with a small number of clients on a retained basis, building a bespoke package of support around exactly what you and your business need most. That might be practical VA support, accountability and facilitated focus sessions, or a combination of all of it tailored entirely to you.
Whatever we build together, you get more than someone ticking off a task list. You get a person who's genuinely invested in your business, who shows up consistently, and who helps you think straight when everything feels like a lot.

Newsletter Management
Your newsletter is one of the most valuable tools you have for staying connected with your audience but writing it, formatting it, and actually sending it consistently? That's where it tends to fall down.
I can write your newsletters in your voice, handle the formatting and scheduling, and make sure they go out on time. I'm also experienced in setting up and managing newsletter platforms including MailerLite and Squarespace Email Campaigns so whether you need someone to take over what's already running, or help getting something set up properly from scratch, I've got you.
Community Management
You've built your community now let me help you look after it. Whether you have a Facebook group, Mighty Network, Patreon, course group, or forum, I'll keep conversations flowing, respond to messages, and make sure your members feel seen and supported.
Social Media Engagement
From scheduling posts and creating on-brand content, to making sure your hashtags are working hard and your DMs aren't going cold I can take social media engagement off your plate so you can show up without the overwhelm.

I ran a successful Etsy shop for over ten years, consistently placing in the top 100 sellers in my category. I know what it takes to keep a shop running well — from customer responses and SEO to day-to-day maintenance. If you want someone who genuinely gets it, I'm your person.
Research/Proof Reading
Need to understand a new market, get ahead of an emerging trend, or explore an opportunity before you commit? I'll conduct the research and pull it together into a clear, useful report.
I also offer proofreading for documents, proposals, and anything else that needs a sharp eye before it goes out into the world.
Zoom Meeting Support
Running online circles, classes, or group sessions? It's a lot to facilitate a session and keep an eye on the chat, manage the tech, and make sure everything runs to time. I'll come on as co-host, handle the behind-the-scenes detail, and make sure your participants have everything they need so you can be fully present and deliver something brilliant.
