Focus Hour: 1:1 Body Doubling

Running a business alone is hard enough. Doing it with a brain that doesn't always cooperate is harder.

A Focus Hour is a facilitated 60-minute session, not a peer co-working call, not a generic accountability chat. I bring nearly two decades of business management experience, training in coaching, and energy work expertise to how I read your energy and pace the hour, so you get real structure and momentum on the thing you've been avoiding.

It might be the offer you finally list, the email you've been putting off, or the task that's been sitting on your list for weeks. Many people find it becomes manageable the moment they're not facing it alone with someone who actually knows how to hold that space.

What happens during a Focus Hour

• We set a clear intention together. If your list feels unmanageable, we prioritise first and anything I can take off your plate in the hour, I will.

• I read your energy and pace the session accordingly this isn't a generic check-in, it's attuned to how you're showing up that day. All versions of you and how you show up to your sessions are welcome. If coming online in pjs is what you need I’m here for it.

• I hold the structure and accountability so you can stay in the work, not managing the process

• You leave having made real progress on something that matters
