I’ve spent over 15 years running and supporting businesses, so I understand first-hand the realities of entrepreneurship: the excitement, the ideas, the long to-do lists and sometimes the feeling that you’re trying to hold everything together on your own.
I started my career after university working in management in the spa industry, where I ran national award-winning spas, trained teams and led marketing activity. After having my first child I set up my own business on Etsy creating paper goods, which grew into one of the UK’s top-selling shops in my category worldwide. Over the years I built a successful business, employed staff and learnt a huge amount about what it really takes to run and grow something from the ground up.
Since then I’ve spent many years working with small business owners, charities and social enterprises, providing operational support, community management, marketing assistance and practical help behind the scenes. I’ve also worked as a social media manager for a national charity, where I helped build and nurture an engaged online community.
Today my work centres around supporting founders and organisations, particularly neurodivergent business owners and values-led teams. Those who have brilliant ideas but often feel overwhelmed by the practical side of running a business or organisation.
Through virtual assistant support, accountability sessions and body doubling, I help people move things forward in a calm, supportive and practical way. Whether that’s clearing the admin backlog, helping launch something new, or simply creating the focused space needed to finally tackle the task that’s been sitting on the list for weeks.
I’m passionate about helping small business owners, charities and changemakers achieve the impact they want to create by making the journey a little easier.
If that sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you.
